Hello everyone, my name is Anthony, aka Nini. I got this name from coworkers as a term of endearment for being the youngest in the group. I started selling barbecue two years ago. It started with me cooking a tri-tip and having too many leftovers. I would take it to work and donate it to coworkers. The rest is history. Fast forward to October 22 when I broke 1.2 metric tons of meat alone. I was born to cook, and I will fulfill my dream of doing this for a living.
